Dr. Bauman is a member of the American Association of Small Ruminant Practitioners and he offers extensive experience and expertise with regard to sheep and goat care. If you are an experienced herd or flock owner that needs guidance with regard to parasite resistance, pasture management, productivity, or facility design Dr. Bauman can offer insight to help you achieve your goals. Likewise, if you have no experience with farm animals and now have a pet goat or sheep Dr. Bauman can help guide you through experience. Common husbandry mistakes, disaster avoidance, how much and what to feed, basic grooming and foot care, assessing illness, and pasture management are all topics Saddleback is happy to address.

BEEF AND DAIRY CATTLE


Dr. Bauman concentrated in Beef and Dairy production medicine at UGA. He is a member of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners and has put this training to use across the South East. Individual sick cow work in the form of a down cow, severe calf diarrhea, or a difficult calving are among the common cases that Dr. Bauman can diagnose and treat. Saddleback also offers guidance to farmers regarding overall herd health and performance.
